Hey, David I had the same problem a month ago. That hose is a vw dealer part, and is more than a $125.00 For a hose, damn). I too called bus depot, because I ordered the hoses as on their diagram, and received two different hoses than what I needed, I wrote about it. What you can try is get the two separate hoses, connect them to the coolant distributor, and with a tee, connect the heater hose to the trans cooler hose. I actually replaced the one from the rear heater with the trans cooler one, since I don't need either the front or rear, I'm in Puerto Rico, so they're disconnected. Hope you get the idea and get your van back on the road.
