A guy here in town called me to see if I wanted this van. I am trying to be good and cut back on vehicles otherwise I would snatch this up. It is a 1990 GL with 170,000 miles it has a bad engine. It is all complete with bra, driving lights, tinted windows, alloy wheels, Blaupunkt CD player. From the pictures it looks immaculate. I have not seen the rig in person and do not really know the guy selling it but he said he wants $1500 for the whole deal. It is in Portland OR at a repair shop. His e-mail is design@dakine.com and his name is Nate Retzlaff. He has a couple of pictures he can send or I have them as well, might as well just contact him and keep me out of the loop. It is a white van with grey interior. This would be a cool rig to drop one of the Subaru SVX motors into. hope this helps someone, Craig the Gorge VW club gorgevwclub.com
