My horn is odd. It doesn't have the classic "Road Runner" horn like my Jetta does, it has a low volume, deep blow. Almost like a fart. But, it is very moody. It only seems to work in cold weather, or the rain. I thought about replacing the relay, or the whole horn assembly a while ago, and was looking in manuals about how to do it. (Thinking that it was just broken) But then a few days ago, I tried it, and it worked. I think it's possessed. Any ideas as to what may cause it? It never really works when I want it to.
