Phil,

I have plenty of both, but it is too late and cold to put a yardstick to them. You piqued my curiosity enough that I will do it when the sun is high. I think what really sways the outcome of a Volvo/Vanagon headon is the hydroplaning of the Vanagon's spare tire tray over the Volvo's hood. What really bugs me is when I pull up to a monster truck wannabe and his rear bumper is at eye level. I take that back. What really bugs me are the legislative representatives who mandate an annual safety inspection for my vehicles yet allow two tons of such an ill conceived contraption to roam the highways and byways. Are they really that stupid or have I not followed the money trail far enough?

Rich
