OK, I am finally ready to put my heads on my van, but I have a couple
questions:

1- thin green o-rings: where are these supposed to go?  I guess I'm
supposed to put the metal rings into my head, and then the o-rings sit
between the jugs and the metal rings on the heads.  But there is no
"indention" on the cylinders to put the rings on the jugs.  What am I
missing?

2- Do I need to let the "goop" sit for a day or so before I start putting
everything else back on (exhaust, etc), or can I start cranking on the
heads right away?

I'm sure I'll have more questions later,
