A lot of electric horns have an adjustment for the aperture of the points. The one's that I have seen are a screw in the very center of the horn with a lock nut around it. Loosen the lock nut and adjust a little at a time while listening. Do it late at night so that the neighbors will very clear on how safety conscious you are in tending to your horn.
