Richard;
        I believe you are on the right track. There are other grounds
that could also use your attention. There is a ground cluster behind
the fuse block that gets dripped on by leaky windshields. Look at all the
ground connections here. Some have two wires on the same connector. I
broke them out and put a terminal on each one. There are also large
grounds on the transmission and left head that connect to the chassis
that deteriorate.
