Hi all, I recently got a post from a list member from the UK that warned against the use of these types of pushrod tubes, saying that they have a habit of failing unexpectedly with "disastrous results". I was hoping for some feedback, pro or con, on the use of these things. Anyone have any "disastrous results"? I just got thru doing my head gaskets and I certainly don't want to do it again just becuase of a noisy lifter. BTW, this one is of the Mexican variety. It's hard for me to imagine these things just totally failing all of the sudden, becuase they are not under any pressure and if they leaked it should develop gradualy... right? Thanks much, mark... |
