Craig, IIRC Bay busses got the IRS in 1968. That meant they were technically building some of them in 1967. They did continue to have the larger 5x205mm wheel bolt pattern until 1971 when they added the front disc brakes. That was also when they went to the 5x112mm bolt pattern. In type 1 & 3 vehicles, they got IRS only in 1969 manuals. However, the automatic (autostick) got it a year earlier in 1968. I wouldn't know what they were installing outside of the US market.
