Yeah! I know what you mean. I just replaced all of mine. I got the strips from the "Bus Depot" BUT the proper tool is a must. I used the "window locking strip tool" #LS-758 from Equalizer. www.equalizer.com It cost $15.95 but saved me many times that just in frustration. My westy looks great now. Good luck Neal
