Yes it can be hard to fill and Volkswagen have admitted that there is a design problem.

It's been so long since I've had SyncroBeast up and running that I forget.

Does anyone else have trouble filling the Syncro tank full up? Seems like the gauge NEVER shows full up. Any easy way to make sure the vents are open and free?

I seem to remember bumping the side of SyncroBeast to wiggle her to get the tank filled full.
