Volks, Having a problem here that I have tried everything on, and thought maybe someone on the list had a similar problem and managed to fix it. Have had a small oil leak for a while, and traced it to the base of my old oil filler tube. It was not sealing well, and engine pressure was pushing oil out around its base..........enough to see it on your driveway every you park (3" circle) Bought new filler tube from VW, and clamp bracket my motor was missing...........Installed, and it leaked worse! Now I put some sealant in the tube and pushed it on....tomorrow will tell if successful. If anyone has fixed this problem, please share your findings with me!!!!!!!!
