NO, the 68 Bus was the first year or IRS in the Bus, it came as part of the changes to the bay window. However, they still used the large 205mm on 5 bolt pattern. One thing to keep in mind is that some call the first Baywindow a 67 model because it came out in 67, but the US call it a 68 because it was produced for the 68 model year.
