Subject: 85 Westfalia kit installation (hopefully)

Hi all. I'm about to install a westy interior kit (refer, sink, h2o tank etc) into my former weekender, I'm wondering about the installation procedure. Can anyone offer the benefit of thier experience with this? Mainly, I'm wondering about the "floor" piece that came out of the weekender. In the full westy, do the kitchen units sit on the plywood flooring, or do they sit directly on the floor? I'm wondering if I'm going to need to trim this original flooring piece or if it can be used as is, there is also the factor of changing from a full wolfy bed to a small size bed. Also, can anyone give me a brief description of the order that the units need to be installed in the van? I'm assuming that the h2o tank cab goes in first, then the refer cabinet. Do I need to pull the refer out and install the cabinet and then reinstall the refer? I think the wrecking yard yanked some of the fasteners off of the kit, so I'm kind of shooting in the dark here about the original attatchment points. ANY help at all will be appreciated very much. BTW, the kit came out of an 82 or 83 and again, mine is an 85 weekender.

Thanks as usual, mark...
