Hi -

We use (and swear by) the Britax Roundabout car seat. Good to 40# or so, designed to be both front and rear facing, has a great 5-point restraint system for the child, and fits the Westy back seat. There is an adjustable anchor system on the back of the chair that can be fastened to the seat hardware under the bench.

Their Elite line is for youth 40-80#, and has the same or a similar connection system to the Roundabout. Check out their site at: http://www.childseat.com/
