Just a note to say we have added a front reciever hitch on our "91" westy that we use for a winch.. (can be moved to the back also..) We had a local welding shop fabricate the mount by welding "T shaped" plates to the bottom ot the frame members that the reciver hitch brackets in turn are bolted to. Our hitch is understanably much beffyer than would be required for a bike rack... one could drill the frame rails and bolt "T" plates to them rather than weld.. Never the less, I think that any good welding shop could fabricate what you need if you could draw them a simple picture. Good luch... Don Welch "91" Westy "Nobadays"
