THE KIT DOES NOT REQUIRE WELDING!!!!

I was following the included instruction booklet from South Africa when I did the welding. Peter from Tiico said to follow the instructions on his website, not the booklet from South Africa. I misinterperted the South African instructions. What the booklet says to weld in are small plates which they include, WHICH ARE ALREADY WELDED IN BY THE FACTORY for US models (the small 2 hole plates are used by the factory to mount the diesel engine). Tiico RECOMMENDS that SYNCROS weld in the 3 hole plates (still not required) which is what I did. The 3 hole plates bolt up to the 2 hole plates, the engine carrier bolts up to the 3 hole plates. The toe bone bolted to the foot bone, the foot bone bolted to the ankle bone.... The 3 hole plates might be called engine carrier brackets I dunno, I'm at work now, don't have any instructions in front of me.
