Well the reason is that the one I built (finished yesterday) fits completely behind the rear bumper. The only thing that sticks out is the 2in reciever, and it pokes out of the bumper itself. Nothing hangs down below the bumper, and it is welded in , not bolted on. I am not looking to sell a bunch of these, or compete with anyone, however I do know that some people do not like the look of that ugly thing hanging below the bumper. I am only offering something else that looks better. I will post pictures for all to see as soon as I get them back from the developer. BTW, I will be offering these for $100 on a limited basis.
