List management have decided that receiving spam is preferable to closing
the list i.e. letting only members post.  Opinions vary on this.

Don't do it.  They were undeliverable because someone complained to the ISP
and the accounts were cancelled -- but if you *had* gotten the message
through you would have been informing the spammers that there was a real
live person at your address, which make the address worth more money to
other spammers.  Complain instead by forwarding the message with complete
(long) headers to abuse@<all the different places that reading the long
headers tells you it comes from, plus addresses like the ones you
gave>.  If the originating system sounds like a spammers' kingdom, don't
complain there (we_spam_forever.com and suchlike <g>).
