Yikes! Don't reply to the sender. That just lets them know you are a real address. Yours seem to have bounced, but many times it won't, and it just fills up the sender's CD with valid addresses :-)

Do what Karl said to do. Fill the box of the ISP and if they care, they will shut the person out. If the don't care, like AOL, then its best to just either filter, or delete the messages.

Don't let spammers know they found an active address.
