Yes, that has always been my biggest complaint about the ebay system. I have had alot of problems with people leaving purely retaliatory negative feedback. It's very counter productive to the whole purpose of the feedback system and this is a perfect example of that. Unfourtunately, the only thing to do is bite the bullet and leave the feedback,
other wise the feedback system is worthless.
