Subject: '89 GL sliding side window...can they come off while on van???

Howdy, just kickin the idea of removing the side sliding glass (the glass that actually does the sliding). Can this be removed while glass frame is still installed in van?

I'm tinting the glass and I am not getting good results with this piece of glass installed in the van.

Your help is always appreciated. ...gonna go read the latest posts from South America.
