Dave, Piece of cake. Get a nice Syncro donor van for parts. Drop the engine/trans from your van. Install the Syncro tank, along with the new filler inlet and hose. Then reinstall your drive train using the Syncro engine mount bar, and use a 2" square piece of heavy wall tubing about 8" long to drop the trans mount down. This is done to put the engine/trans in the lower Syncro position to clear the tank. Then just plumb the fuel outlet from the new tank into the low pressure side of the existing fuel system, rearrange any hoses/wires/exhaust system that requires it due to the new position, and you're all set!
