The green wire running from your O2 sensor to the ECU is coxial. The coax is supposed to shield the signal from interference. The problem arises when the insulation between the coax and signal wire breaks down over time. This shows up as an off idle stumble when the engine is warm. If the only problem you're having is the increased idle speed, your problem is most likely not the O2 sensor wire. Have you checked the basics like timing and throttle position switch adjustment?
