Chad, There's about a 50/50 chance you'll solve your hesitation problem with a new AFM. Have you checked your current one with a multi-meter? From what I've seen a used AFM will run $60 and up, a rebuilt from Ken or Ron around $140 and a new one $200. Make sure your idle speed, timing and throttle position switch are correctly adjusted first. Then check the O2 sensor wire and the AFM. Could this explain the hesitation I experience at lower RPM's? Anyway, does anyone have one for sale that is in reasonable condition? Please email me with your asking price. thanks, Chad 85GL >> |
