Hi Volks, I was wondering about replacing the ball joints on my 85 GL. I imagine they are the original joints. I don't hear any noise coming from any of them, but the boots are tore on 3 out of the 4. Anybody hear them clunk to let you know they are worn out? I do my own work, anyone have any tips for the ball joint job? I've seen Tom C's website. I imagine I'll buy 4 new ones and replace them along with the tie rod ends, and the upper control arm bushings, and the warped rotors, and front wheel bearings. There goes a pay check. Where does vanaholics anonymous meet anyway. I'm ready to stand up and be counted. Mark Ingalls 85 GL Nebraska City, Nebraska
