Hello My son just came home with a 87 syncro he bought for $100! The exhaust pipe from the headers to the cat is completely rotted off so it's difficult to assess the condition of the motor.. The muffler and cat are there but in poor condition. I want to patch the exhaust cheaply to see how the engine runs to decide if it is OK. If not this van may be a candidate for a subie engine transplant.

Anyone have a used cat to header pipe in good condition for sale ? I would also like to find a complete used exhaust for the van preferrably in the Boston area.

Please P-mail me if you have these parts available.

Gary
