These are expensive!  European Car magazine had a review on a G60 rebuilder
in Germany and the US importer... dont' have that information here.

I have three customers with the G60 installed in the Vanagon.  Very nice!
The only "tricky" part is installing the intercooler.  Getting an Audi 5000
TD intercooler was the solution for one of them as it is a water->air cooler
instead of air->air.

Hi All,

A friend of mine is contemplating shoving a G60 from a Corrado in his Golf
engined Vanagon. He found an inexpensive engine complete with a broken
supercharger.

Does anybody have any experience getting these things rebuilt? Or does any
body have any leads to a G60 rebuilder?

If anyone has experience installing this powerplant in a Vanagon, I would
appreciate any comments from you.
