Another question on the fuel lines, but not for a syncro: when I put the new line on the supply side of the loop, the plastic line from the fuel pump was just a flat piece of plastic, as in there was no "barb" or ridge or anything to help the line stay on. This would help explain some of the leaking I've had from that particular spot. Is this normal? Any others found the same or different? I'll be getting some more hose to replace the parts at the fuel tank end soon.

Bill, i used ken's fuel line kit once upon a time. There was only enough hose supplied do the engine compartment pieces starting at the line coming from the fuel pump going to the line leaving the compartment. There was about 3" extra.
