I'll bet that the STS Northstar particularly as a "euro" version would do that easily. Euro trim for U.S. built cars used to mean all kinds of goodies that we couldn't get. It probably still means that the electronic speed limiter is removed or raised, tighter suspension, better tires, better brakes, etc., etc. The Northstar 4 cam 32 valve is the same basic engine that Caddy used in their LeMans attempt last year.
