I have been riding the fence on the issue of whether to keep the list
open or closed. The spam seems to be ever increasing, and now the
content of even the Subject line is becoming offensive. I know there are
children and other young people who receive mail on Dad's/mom's computer
at home and this stuff fouls the mail. Don't know how to control it
except to close the list and apply filters.

Just commentary here on my part......I haven't voted yet, but I am
leaning to closing at this point.
