Right,

Good points everybody -- but most were already mentioned in the info
section of the administrator's request for votes email.  The only thing new
we have learned is that word filtering is not an option.

Tom asked us to send our votes in to him, and not to the list.  Just vote
quietly and see what happens.  Why must everyone feel it is their duty to
convince everyone else to think the same way they do?
