my internet mail account has a junk mail blocker, I can set this to whatever i want.. BLOCKING all HTML and it this does'nt work I just add another ;)

Without the essentially stolen bandwidth and anonymity provided by these relay servers the life of the spammer is more expensive and more difficult (since spamming while legal in the US is against the Terms of Service of practically all service providers).
