All I had to do was get under there and tighten down the bolts on the #1 exhaust manifold.... Now its on there nice and tight, and I like the sound of the header, I swear that I feel a little increase in output too.

I have never dealt with any exhaust system in any car, and installed the S&S kit in 4 hours, including taking off the stock pipes, and liberating the Catalytic Converter. I didnt have any problems getting it in there at all, I just didnt tighten down the mainfold bolts enough, and I needed to buy two Cat converter gaskets and six mounting nuts and bolts. I think its a quality kit.
