Gary et list, well seems i'll need to start troubleshooting my gas gauge soon it never registers correctly always off by like 6 gals. * this is hard on long trips when i say hmmmmm I'll make it..

looking in the bently they say something about checking the instrument panel.. * maybe a bad transistor?

Other times, they will act completely dead. Some time during the drive, they will function and then quit at will.

IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!!!

I put another instrument pod into the vehicle, and the same symptoms appear, so I am ruling out that the problem is in the gauges themselves.

Could it be the ignition V+ supply is not steadily reaching the instrument panel through the multipin connector?

Any one have this problem? Any leads would be appreciated.........

gary
