Tony, Now here's a real bizarre posting---- Why would you want to convert the known workable numbers to Sylvania? The bulbs other than the 1156's have zero identity other than the part numbers I supplied, because I chose to purchase them where I purchased them---that's all. You might want to research this one, and suppply the list with your findings. Again, the turn signal and brake light bulbs are single contact, single filament, 50 watt bulbs, and the halogen back up light bulbs have the same base, and filiment also. And while your at it, why don't you reaseach this a little more, and do some Lucas, GE, Phillips, and Bosch, conversions? :>) I would be interested in the results of your findings.
