I thought I had the right tires, I have brand new michielins, agilis 61c. set at pressures recommended by michielins web site. so I should be OK there. I decided on these tires thanks to the archives in fact.

Although will look into the flex coupling situation. Alot of the rubber is dried out on this thing, I guess thats the trade off for having minimal rust for an 83.5. thanx for the tip.
