Subject:      A coolant question

I have an 86 Syncro and was wondering if it is usual for the coolant to go
down in the small tank behind the license plate?  Does it evaporate or does
that mean I have a leak?  It doesn't move much but I filled it up this past
Friday and notice it had moved some today?  Just needed some advice.
