Greetings!!!

We just purchased earlier in the week a 87 Vanagon GL.  I do have a few
stupid questions for anyone who is willing to entertain them.

1.)  Since this is the first vanagon we've owned with the square headlights,
am I correct in assuming that the inner lights are fog lights whereas the
outer lights are regular low/high beam headlights?  If so, then, how do I
turn them on?  Where's the switch?

2.)  What size speakers are in the door and the rear on the above duct
thingy? (don't know what to call it for the A/C)

3.)  Is there a way to purchase a new outside sliding door handle without
having to have an extra key?  Is there a way to salvage the lock tumbler
from the old one?

4.)  When we shift it into fourth gear, it grinds a little.  Not like your
not using the clutch, but like the clutch isn't all the way in.  It only
does this with 4th gear and not all the time.  Any suggestions?
