Jose...even if there's some tiny slight chance that this file might *not* be a virus, you just leave Pandora's Box closed -- you don't need to know what that file does nearly as much as you need it to leave your system alone. You weren't expecting it; you don't already know what it does -- to you it should be like the unlabelled chemical bottle, thrown away without question.
