That is *definitely abnormal* for a 1.9l -- you should be able to exceed 90
on  genuinely flat ground with no wind (and lots of room).  70 up a mild
grade is quite practical -- even better if you start at 75.

If you have an exhaust leak your mixture is almost guaranteed to be rich,
possibly very rich.  The only way to run a Digi* system with an exhaust
leak is to unplug the O2 sensor and let the system run open loop.  At that
point it is up to your AFM calibration.

The way to discover a clogged cat is to take it off and look/tap per
Bentley 26.11 -- however if you tap the cat while in place and hear
rattling, it is definitely a goner.
