Huh. When I've been on the boat for awhile and come back ashore, I have to fight this awful (and perfectly natural-feeling) temptation to say "Sylvan, take over for a minute while I go aft to [get a drink, stow that loose bag, take a nap...]." over my shoulder as I head to the back. I've come amazingly close a couple times -- quite a jar.
