Hair dryer, heat gun, "goo-be-gone", and 3M decal/stripe removal disc.

Ahh.. just wait for a hot day and do the hair dryer thing. It's the least expensive way, unless you already have the other things. Then follow up with rubbing alcohol to remove the residue. Nail polish remover can work too. Just don't overdo or you may take out paint.
