CB might be for Center Bore, which at 66.6mm (2.62") is more than large
enough for any Vanagon or Bus. The lug holes and seats are probably 12mm
ball seat. You would need to open them up to 14mm and cut a new seat. I did
this to my BBS rims using 60 degree countersink bit to get a standard
conical lug taper, then ordered 20 - 14mm conical lug bolts and 10 - stud
kits for the front rotors.
They would require spacers on the front of a 2wd Vanagon to clear the upper
control arm.
