Any decent auto body supply house will have a line of body trim retaining hardware made by Au-ve-co Products. Most likely, some clip in their rather extensive product line will be close enough to work. You might even find the exact replacement part. The last time I needed one of those captive screw receptacles, I scrounged one from my pile of Volvo spares (junk) which worked well enough. If you really are having trouble finding what you need, take a walk through a junkyard while watching the ground; you'll see something you can use in about 2 minutes.
