Nah, they do that here as well. Not that it happens much, but on a few occasions, I have come out of the grocery store, or Wal-mart, or wherever, and there would be a van or a bus parked next to mine. One night, I had a splitty and a bay window flanking either side of my W/C Van. I get waved at a lot here though when I am driving it.
