The correct name for the publication is Sand Sports magazine. My apologies for giving you the incorrect name. They have a 5½ page article on an outfit called "Leading Edge". They manufacture and market parts for Subaru engines.

One of the products is a "bolt-on" a turbo kit w/ an intercooler. The top of the line kit comes gets 300 hp on a dyno.
