I took my 85 dbl cab in for a check up yesterday (had been running very
poorly) and was informed that I have a dead cylinder and another on it's way
out. Is there anyone out there on Vancouver Island or the lower mainland
with a running 1.9 they would like to sell? How much different is a 2.1? It
might make sense to go for a 2.1 if the swap is fairly painless. I have
considered the Subaru & inline 4 options, but at this point I just need to
get it back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.
