These rims are painted.  Therefore the easiest and cheapest way to make them
look nicer would be to have them repainted.  I am sure you can find a paint
shop down your way that would do this for you without too much pain (I had a
local shop up here paint a set and charge me $75 per rim, but when they were
finished they looked like new!).  Hope this helps you.
