Jason; Our 85's system was a dealer option. The expansion valve is on the intake of the evaporator. I took mine to a local auto parts place and they matched it up for about $12. They also made all new hoses (reusing all but one end) for less than $90. Replace the dryer/filter, it's generic and cheap. I went to 134a while I was at it.
